At TEAM LA Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your merchandise is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached; please note that custom jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
